Did I really take her from Connahs Quay (river Dee near Chester) to Gibraltar via Fishguard, Newlyn, Corcubion (shh!! weren't supposed to be there) only to end up abt 310 mile west of Gib with a slightly smoky Lister Blackstone due to the engine not getting enough air so spent three days creeping towards Gib where we waited for 6 or 7 weeks for the new owners to do something constructive. In the end we (my then uver arf at the time an myself decided to cut our financial losses and fly home. :::
She did eventually arrive in Banjul but as far as I know she never moved of the quay again to do what was intended of her. And I know we never saw the money owed to us either but it was something different to do and met some very nice and not so nice people but that's another chapter ....
