Timrix/Nellie M and Robrix ex Silloth Stag

Can anyone cast light on these two vessels built at different times and different yards.
They appear to be identical. From some websites even the engines are listed as Allen 8 cyls.

Hi oddjobman,
according to Miramar, both ships had the same measurements when being built, only DWT and GT are slightly different.

Thanks, what is the puzzle is that they were built at different yards, and some years apart yet appear to be almost identical. How this came about is the Q I ask.
