Disposal Data:deleted 10.9.12 - existence in doubt

Morning Rick , the same owners had a sister ship 'Urkia' used to 'fix' them out of Anchor Iron Wharf down to N Spain with scrap,can't remember the owners name now but based in La Corunna if memory serves.... The Cape Crest and Mount Crest were more/less sisters but cannot recall their Spanish names when built in 1972 Cheers Gareth

Hi quaysider - well done there the ones there was also Naviera Murueta SA who I think owned the Cape Crest and Mount Crest under their Spanish names which I still can't remember

CAPECREST, -Cove Sg Co Ltd ,BR Guernsey (Built 1972 by Muruet,Guernica ,as AKORDA for Naviera Murueta SA of Bilboa.

MOUNTCREST, - Cove Sg Co Ltd ,BR Guernsey. (Built 1972 by Muruet,Guernica ,as ANZORAS for Naviera Murueta SA of Bilboa.)

Hi Rick and All - well done Rick they were good commercial ships 1000dwcc with 64000' grain cubic - always full cargo soya bean meal etc Cheers Gareth
